In memory of Anna M.Rigel, FO A GOOD WOMAN'S
GOING TO GOD. All words lose meaning when a mother dies; A loving heart and voice forever stilled, leave empty places always filled before. We barely see beyond bereavement's loss, To peaceful gladness that she now must know. In life that needs no further faith nor hope But only Love. This is a time to mourn, and yet rejoice; A mother goes to God; Long cherished here by those who know her love, She is at last beyond the door of death. To that blest place where sorrow never comes, And earthly pain can never enter in. Lost was her vision of all earthly things, But now in joy, She looks upon God's face. She is forever with the One who said, "And I shall raise her up to be with Me." Yes, as we yearn through haze of unknown ways she has already trod, by faith we glimpse a dear familiar form moving with Christ Who led her in her final journey home.
